Chiropractor earns leader certification

Dr. Brent G. Hextell, D.C., CSCS of Windsor enrolled in the pioneering CCA 100 Year Lifestyle Certification program. Awarded by the Colorado Chiropractic Association, this certification responds to the public’s desire for healthy lives and peak performance in this age of expanded life spans by training Hextell in all of the elements of wellness, including nutrition, fitness and spinal health with chiropractic care as the focus.

The CCA 100 Year Lifestyle Certification program is based on the bestselling book, “The 100 Year Lifestyle,” by Dr. Eric Plasker, D.C.

“People are living longer than ever and Northern Colorado residents are looking for solutions to make the most of their years through a unique, holistic total-life program,” Hextell said. “As a CCA Certified 100 Year Lifestyle Provider, I will be equipped with the scientific knowledge and clinical skills to assist my community in achieving proper lifestyle changes and maintaining healthy spines so they can enjoy peak vitality, greater quality of life and health as they age.”

Hextell makes available free educational information through newsletters, weekly seminars, videos, a weekly newspaper column and online content.
