Understanding Your Body-Swing Connection

One of the biggest advancements in golf instruction over the last 15 years has been the connection between a golfer’s body and their golf swing. Today’s top tour players have learned and mastered this relationship. It is proven that stability and mobility issues can directly affect distance, accuracy, and ball flight patterns and more importantly cause injury to the golfer. Understanding YOUR body-swing connection is one of the most important things you can do to improve YOUR swing, lower scores and reduce injuries.  Look for our seminar series: Train Like a Top Tour Professional for more information on the body-swing connection and how it affects power production and injury prevention.

Our first Seminar will be: Wednesday May 11, 2011 at Rocky Mountain Chiropractic & Sports Injury Centers
